You can cancel an order within two weeks after you have received it. However the following will apply:

You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. A full refund will be made once we have received the item(s) in good order.

If an item is returned because it is damaged, SPELD SA will cover the cost of postage.

When an item is returned due to a change of mind, the person returning the item will incur all costs of postage and any administration costs.

Please note returns are not available for the following items:

• Software and other downloadable material
• Special orders (Where we have stated a sale as a firm sale)
• Gift cards

Our returns policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.

All refunds are processed using the original order payment type. e.g. credit card
